Select the appropriate crimping dies. Numbers stamPed on the dies correspond to the cross sectional
area (in mm²) of the wire to be crimped. For American Wire Gauge (AWG) sizes, use the chart below.

actually works great
i was going to get a wire crimper from another audio site, but somehow came across this one Thank God....other one was $124.00 but this one is $54.99 and its a lot better. i went to napa and priced crimpers they're like a couple hundred bucks up to like 300-400 dollars. i don't know about anybody else, i don't feel i should drop a few hundred bucks on something i'm going to use a dozen times. Plus this 16 ton crimper does a GREAT job, i had no problems with it. Thank You Gpcaraudio for not being a money hungry insane company! Peace! God Bless!

The best crimper yet
This is by far the best crimper that I have ever had. I was shocked how easy it was to crimp oversized wire. You get perfect crimps every time. You won't be disappointed with this product.

16 Ton Hydraulic Crimper
I just recently purchased this crimper and it works flawlessly. I was able to crimp over 20 1/0 lugs with ease and extremely effectively. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it was packaged in a larger box with only small amounts of paper on either end so the box itself shifted around and when I received it the safety chain for the locking pin was broken and the paint was scratched. Will continue to use this crimper as my only choice for crimping lugs.

these things are awesome, never using a hammer and mallet again. for the best most secure connection, use this guy. turns your wire and lug into a single 'cold welded' solid piece

Very good product be better if they had chart for size of dies and wires in box
