If you choose to remove Route Package Protection from your order, GPcarAudio.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once your order has shipped.
We strongly recommend keeping Route enabled to ensure your shipment is protected.
To ensure peace of mind and protect your investment, Route Package Protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout. This service acts as insurance for your shipment, covering lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
Due to the increasing volume of package theft, misdeliveries, and carrier-related damage, we now require Route to be included with all orders. These issues have become more frequent and costly, and Route provides a reliable solution for resolving claims quickly and fairly.
Shipping Policy
FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING TO THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES! GP Car Audio offers free shipping within the connected (lower) 48 U.S. states. We can ship to virtually any address worldwide; however, certain products have restrictions and may require additional shipping charges for international destinations or non-contiguous U.S. regions.
Lithium Battery Shipping Restrictions

Lithium batteries cannot be shipped via USPS, FedEx Express, or UPS Air.

These items can only be shipped using FedEx Ground and are limited to delivery within the contiguous 48 states.

No international shipping is available for lithium batteries.

We cannot ship lithium batteries to Hawaii or Alaska.
Hawaii & Alaska Shipments

USPS is typically the most affordable shipping option to Hawaii and Alaska.

However, please note that USPS transit times to these regions have been significantly delayed since Fall 2024.

Regardless of the service level selected, we’ve seen deliveries take 3 to 6 weeks.

GP Car Audio is not responsible for USPS’s slower-than-advertised delivery times.

If you need faster delivery, FedEx or UPS may be available at a premium rate. Due to size and weight restrictions, some items may not qualify for USPS shipping to these areas. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with the shipping difference and offer the option to proceed with the additional payment or cancel the order—whichever you prefer.
International Orders

Lithium batteries cannot be shipped internationally.

Import duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in your checkout total.

These fees are assessed by your country upon arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. GP Car Audio does not cover or reimburse international import charges.
Return Policy
GP Car Audio offers a 30-day return window for items in brand new, unused condition. To qualify, products must be unmounted, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Used or installed items do not qualify for return or exchange.
If a used item is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the item will be sent back, as we do not accept returns on used merchandise.
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item arrives in acceptable condition. We strongly recommend insuring your return and packaging it securely. If a return arrives damaged, the return will be void, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

GP Car Audio reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
To submit a return, please email us at Warranty@GPcarAudio.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the item is still new in the box and provide further instructions.
Battery Warranty Policy – XS Power, Odyssey, and Northstar
GP Car Audio is a proud authorized dealer of XS Power, Odyssey, and Northstar batteries. All batteries come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and/or workmanship only.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to batteries that meet any of the following conditions:

Severely discharged (below 10.5 volts)

Broken containers, covers, or terminals

Overcharged or sulphated
-
Neglected, abused, or improperly maintained

Tampered or removed serial numbers or proprietary manufacturing code markings

GP Ultra HiFi RCA – Original Purchaser Lifetime Repair Warranty
GP Ultra HiFi RCA cables include an Original Purchaser Lifetime Repair Warranty that remains valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only, including:

DH Labs connectors
-
Connector‑related failures
-
Reattachment of connectors to the original GP Ultra HiFi RCA wiring
If a covered defect occurs, GP will repair the RCA cables at no charge for parts or labor.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by user error, misuse, or physical damage to the wire between the connectors. Examples of non‑covered damage include, but are not limited to:

Pinched, crushed, or severed wire (e.g., shut in a door)

Cuts, abrasions, or impact damage
-
Modifications or alterations to the product
If non‑covered damage occurs, GP can still perform repairs. In these cases, the customer is responsible only for the cost of the replacement wire required for the repair.
Shipping Responsibility
For all warranty or repair claims—whether covered or non‑covered—the original purchaser is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Eligibility
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable. Proof of purchase may be required to validate warranty status.
If you are not the original purchaser, you still qualify for paid repairs, but warranty coverage does not apply.
